Complete a training and assessment strategy for an enterprise cohort
You are a Learning Designer in Learning Design and Resources.
What has happened
Coastal Care Alliance wants the Institute to deliver an individual support qualification to 18 of its support workers starting in November, blended between online theory and workplace practice in its residential facilities. A draft strategy exists in the strategy register with only the header completed. The industry engagement register holds two consultations with the client and one with a peak body. The proposed trainer, Hamish Doyle, is still marked evidence pending in the trainer matrix. The Learning Design Manager wants a complete strategy that would satisfy a regulatory review, with risks flagged, by 24 September.

Evidence guide
The strategy must be complete, internally consistent and justified, with the amount of training defended for the cohort, not copied from a template. Industry consultation must be cited and applied, not merely listed. The trainer risk must be identified honestly with a workable mitigation. Look for assessment methods that suit workplace evidence and for support arrangements that reflect the cohort analysis.
